My parcel didn't arrive, when should I expect it?
Please note that we ship from Lithuania. After you have received a shipping confirmation e-mail/SMS it normally takes 5-7 business days to arrive in EU and 12+ Worldwide. We send our parcels via post and sometimes depending on your destination and parcel weight/value we may send it via courier. Our delivery times provided are only estimates and may vary during sales, holiday seasons or because of the poor post performance at a time which we have no control of.
If your delivery address is in UK and your parcel is worth £40 or more or it's weight may be above 500g it will be delivered via courier MyHermes.
Parcels shipped before Tuesday afternoon will arrive next week on Monday-Tuesday.
Parcels shipped before Friday afternoon will arrive next week on Wednesday.
I want to return item/items I've received, what is the procedure?

When returning please use regular post, recorded or signed-for is not necessary. Please include your order number. We will refund as soon as we receive item/items back.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide.
My item arrived faulty, what should I do?
Please take couple photos of the faulty/damaged item and contact us. If the item is fixable and of big worth we may require to return it on our expense (you have to save shipping receipt for return shipping refund). We may give you a compensation if you want to keep the item and fix it yourself or offer a full refund if you don't.
